The Maple Bluff Country Club tennis staff has a rich history of providing an exceptional tennis experience to its loyal members. Tennis Pro, Tom Chorney, and his team of assistants are dedicated to cultivating a relationship with our members that helps them improve their game and adds value to their lives.

Maple Bluff Country Club offers year-round racquet sports to junior and adult members. Our well-groomed tennis facility features 2 newly-resurfaced hard courts and 2 clay courts, a well-stocked tennis shop and plenty of shaded seating.

Adult and junior clinics, private and group lessons, social and competitive events are provided by our dedicated tennis staff during late spring and summer.

During the winter months our paddle tennis facility opens, featuring three state-of-the-art paddle tennis courts and a beautifully-designed warming hut. All season long enjoy exciting mixers, tournaments and parties in the hut with your friends!

Tom Chorney, Head Tennis and Paddle Tennis Professional, joined us in 2017 after directing the tennis operation for Cherokee Country Club since 1983. The recipient of numerous Wisconsin Tennis Association awards, Tom has taught the game to thousands of Madison area adults and juniors and has coached more than 20 singles and doubles highschool state champions. He relishes the opportunity to help players of all ages and levels to improve and find more enjoyment in their tennis game.
